当前,随着高校的不断扩招,引起了大学生就业等一系列问题,一部分大学生开始通过创业形式实现就业,特别是部分大学生从入学就从经商开始为创业做准备。这部分大学生具有高知识高学历的特点。但由于大学生缺乏相应的知识和社会经验,导致在校大学生在经商实践中存在一些误区,如创业方向不明,从众心理严重;团队精神缺失,精力过度分散;着眼眼前利益,缺乏长远规划;心理素质不强,遇挫折容易放弃等。这都需要社会各方面给予更多的关注和支持,并努力推动大学生创业健康发展。
