我厂在修理3220龙门刨床时,由于立柱与横梁的局部磨损,必须进行加工才能恢复精度。经过群众讨论,采用了比较简单易行的修理工艺,节约了很多人工与费用,现介绍于下。我厂采用的修理工艺,是利用龙门刨床本身磨削立柱与横梁的。一、磨削前的准备(1)拆修前,将床身及工作台精度进行检验与调整,以达到加工立柱与横梁的精度要求。根据我厂情况,用水平仪放在工作台上,开车检验,在6米长行程
