基于液压支架用阀安标检验现状,分析得出了大流量已成为液压支架用阀技术的发展趋势。介绍了液压支架用阀失效形式主要集中体现在阀芯(或阀体)损坏、密封件损坏、压力波动值超调和阻力损失过大等,分析了失效的主要危害和原因。结果表明:目前液压支架用阀的质量仍不稳定,安全性能需进一步提高;加大安标管控,从安全准入上控制产品质量具有重要意义。
Based on the status quo of the valve calibration of hydraulic support, the analysis shows that the large flow rate has become the development trend of the valve technology for hydraulic support. The failure modes of the valve used in the hydraulic support are mainly described in the following aspects: the valve core (or valve body) is damaged, the seal is damaged, the pressure fluctuation value is overshooted and the resistance loss is too large. The main hazards and causes of the failure are analyzed. The results show that the quality of the valve used for hydraulic support is still unstable and the safety performance needs to be further improved. It is of great significance to increase safety control and control the quality of the product from safety access.
