重视精神文明建设,无论过去、现在和将来,都是我们党的重要政治优势,是坚持社会主义方向的重要保证。 近两年来,我省各级党委正确分析和估量形势,增强了搞好精神文明建设的紧迫感和历史责任感。各级党组织协同行政、工会和共青团组织做了不少工作,取得了很大成绩,推动了全省精神文明建设不断取得新的进展,促进了经济体制和经济增长方式两个根本性转变,促进我省各项工作不断登上新台阶。但还应清醒地看到,我省精神文明建设的状况,与现代化事业全面推进的要求和人民的希望还有明显的差距。从社会精神生活方面来看,一些领域道德失范,拜金主义、享乐主义、个人主义滋长;一些地方封建迷信活动有所抬头,黄赌毒等丑恶现象沉渣泛起,黄色的、非法的精神产品屡禁不止;假冒伪劣、欺诈腐败现象在一些地方和部门蔓延,严重影响了
