目的评价复方血栓通胶囊和羟苯磺酸钙治疗糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的经济性。方法间接Meta分析获取疗效数据,成本数据仅包括直接医疗成本。结果复方血栓通胶囊治疗DR有效率为91.51%,总成本为4876.86元,羟苯磺酸钙为87.53%,总成本为10 511.24元。两药比较,复方血栓通胶囊不仅有效率高,且成本更低,较羟苯磺酸钙更具经济性。结论复方血栓通较羟苯磺酸钙在治疗DR更具经济性。
Objective To evaluate the economy of compound Xuesaitong capsule and calcium dobesilate in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy. Methods Indirect Meta-analysis was used to obtain the efficacy data. The cost data only included direct medical costs. Results The effective rate of DR was 91.51%, total cost was 4876.86 yuan, calcium dobesilate 87.53%, total cost was 10 511.24 yuan. Two drugs, Fufang Xueshuantong not only high efficiency capsules, and lower cost, more economical than calcium dobesilate. Conclusions Compound thrombosis is more economical than calcium dobesilate in the treatment of DR.
