目的 研究飞行员骨矿物质含量与腰腿痛、骨质增生的关系,为有关病因探讨、诊断、医学鉴定及防治提供参考依据。方法 采用BMD-400E型骨矿物质分析仪对120例男性腰腿痛飞行员及189名健康飞行员进行检测,所得数据按年龄及有无骨质增生分组后,对应比较,用SAS统计软件处理。结果 腰腿痛组的骨矿物质含量较对照组明显低(P<0.01),腰腿痛组的骨量正常与基本正常者(39.2%)明显低于对照组(67.2%);骨矿物质含量减少及严重减少者(60.8%),较对照组(32.8%)明显高(P<0.01)。骨质增生组的骨矿物质含量较骨质正常组明显低(P<0.01)。结论 骨矿物质含量降低与腰腿痛和骨质增生有一定的相关性,可能是引发飞行员腰腿痛、骨质增生的因素之一。
Objective To study the relationship between bone mineral content of pilots and low back pain and bone hyperplasia and to provide references for the related etiological investigation, diagnosis, medical identification and prevention. Methods 120 BMD pilots and 189 healthy pilots were tested by BMD-400E bone mineral analyzer. The data were grouped according to their age and presence or absence of bone hyperplasia, and then compared with SAS statistical software. Results The bone mineral content of low back pain group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.01), and the normal and normal mass of low back pain group (39.2%) was significantly lower than that of the control group (67.2%); Compared with the control group (32.8%), the decrease and severe decrease (60.8%) were significantly higher (P <0.01). Bone mineral content in osteoproliferative group was significantly lower than that in normal bone group (P <0.01). Conclusion The decrease of bone mineral content has some correlation with low back pain and hyperosteogeny, which may be one of the factors that cause the low back pain and hyperosteogeny of pilots.
