为加强上市公司监管,促进上市公司规范运作,保护投资者的合法权益,现将《上市公司检查办法》发布施行。1996年12月20日发布的《上市公司检查制度实施办法》同时废止。自本办法发布之日起,我会将据以对上市公司进行检查。
In order to strengthen the supervision of listed companies, promote the standardized operation of listed companies and protect the legitimate rights and interests of investors, the Measures for the Inspection of Listed Companies are hereby promulgated and implemented. On December 20, 1996, the Measures for the Implementation of the Inspection System for Listed Companies were repealed at the same time. As of the date of publication of the Measures, I will examine listed companies accordingly.
