目的探讨心理护理干预在外科手术患者护理工作中的应用效果。方法选取外科手术患者120例，分为对照组和研究组，对照组实施常规护理方案，研究组在常规护理基础上进行心理护理干预，并进行3个月的随访调查，对比两组患者各项观察指标变化及研究组在护理干预前后指标变化。结果研究组紧张、恐惧、焦虑性失眠患者例数显著少于对照组，完全依从性达91.67%，高于对照组68.33%。此外，研究组护理满意度达100%，对照组仅76.7%，差异具有统计学意义，<0.05。结论心理护理干预有利于稳定患者的情绪，缓解焦虑症状，提高临床疗效，值得临床借鉴。“,”Objective To explore the ef ect of psychological nursing intervention applied in surgical operation of patients in nursing work.Methods A total of 120 cases of patients with surgical operation,divided into control group and study group,the control group was given routine nursing program,study group psychological nursing intervention based on routine nursing,and the patients were fol owed up for 3 months,compared two groups of patients with the observed indicators and changes in the study group nursing index changes before and after the intervention.Results The research group of tension,fear,anxiety and insomnia patients were significantly less than control group,compliance rate reached 91.67%,68.33% higher than the control group.In addition,the research group of nursing satisfaction was 100%,the control group was 76.7%,the dif erence was statistical y significant, <0.05.Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention is conducive to the stability of the patient's mood,relieve anxiety symptoms,improve clinical ef icacy,worthy of clinical reference.
