目的比较氯沙坦和贝那普利治疗轻中度原发性高血压的疗效及安全性。方法随机将高血压患者126例分为2组氯沙坦组,贝那普利组,分别观察两药治疗高血压患者4、8周的有效率。结果两组治疗第2、4、8周后显示,两药均可有效降低患者血压,整个治疗期间血压持续平稳下降。氯沙坦与贝那普利治疗4周降低舒张压的有效率分别为84.7%、81.8%,8周有效率分别为91.7%、89.1%,两组比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论氯沙坦是一种安全、有效、耐受性好、不良反应轻的降压药。
Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of losartan and benazepril in the treatment of mild to moderate essential hypertension. Methods 126 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups losartan group, benazepril group, were observed two drugs in patients with hypertension in 4,8 weeks of efficiency. Results After 2, 4 and 8 weeks of treatment, the two drugs could effectively reduce the blood pressure of patients, and the blood pressure continued to decline steadily throughout the treatment period. Losartan and benazepril treatment of four weeks to reduce diastolic pressure were 84.7%, 81.8%, 8 weeks, respectively, the effective rate was 91.7%, 89.1%, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05) . Conclusion Losartan is a safe, effective, well tolerated, adverse reactions light antihypertensive drugs.
