为了解2013年江门市各大酒店销售的月饼的微生物污染状况,为加强月饼的监督管理提供依据。从江门市区各大酒店楼面销售的月饼中随机抽取,依据GB 4789规定的检测方法,对细菌总数、大肠菌群、霉菌和酵母菌、沙门氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和志贺氏菌检测,并进行统计与分析。共抽检了10家酒店,检测月饼30批,所有项目均符合国家标准要求。个别种类月饼虽存在细菌、霉菌和酵母菌污染,但都在国家标准规定的范围之内。
In order to understand the status of microbial contamination of mooncakes sold by major hotels in Jiangmen in 2013, it provides the basis for strengthening the supervision and management of mooncakes.
