历史已经证明,“三结合”的武装力量体制,既是夺取革命战争胜利的重要法宝,也是新的历史条件下维护社会稳定、保证国家安全的战略基础。加强国防后备力量建设,是实现我国国防现代化的重要组成部分。就当前而言,确有许多工作要做,有许多新情况、新问题需要进行认真的研究。而扎扎实实地把功夫下在基层,努力提高民兵、预备役部队的快速动员能力、遂行作战任务能力和自我保障能力又显得特别重要。
History has proven that the “three combined” system of armed forces is not only an important magic weapon for winning the victory of the revolutionary war, but also the strategic foundation for safeguarding social stability and guaranteeing national security under the new historic conditions. Strengthening the building of national defense reserve forces is an important part of realizing the modernization of our national defense. For the time being, there are indeed many things to do and there are many new situations that require careful study. And it is especially important that we should work hard at the grassroots to work hard to improve the rapid mobilization capabilities of the militia and reserve forces and carry out their operational combat capability and self-protection capability.
