目的:建立基诺惰秋齐胶囊中芍药苷含量测定的方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定。色谱柱:AlltechC18[4.6mm(i.d.)×200mm](AlltechAssociates,Inc.),流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(14:86);检测波长:230nm。结果:芍药苷的平均加样回收率为102.2%,RSD=2.47%(n=5)。结论:本法可靠,重现性好,为基诺惰秋齐胶囊的质量控制和评价提供了依据。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Kenuoqiqiqi capsules. Method: Determination by HPLC. Column: Alltech C18 [4.6 mm (i.d.) x 200 mm] (Alltech Associates, Inc.), mobile phase: acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (14:86); detection wavelength: 230 nm. Results: The average recovery of paeoniflorin was 102.2%, RSD = 2.47% (n = 5). Conclusion: This method is reliable and has good reproducibility, which provides a basis for the quality control and evaluation of Kino’s Qiu Qi Qi Capsule.
