可见光下,以α-溴苄基乙酸乙酯为引发剂,采用ATRP法合成了高分子量聚丙烯腈(PAN, Mn,GPC/2.5=8.6×104g· mol-1,Mw/Mn=1.24),转化率95%;以Ir(ppy)3为催化剂,PAN-Br为大分子引发剂,与丙烯酸丁酯(BA)聚合,合成了PAN-b-PBA嵌段共聚物,其结构经1H NMR和GPC确证.研究了Ir(ppy)3催化聚合体系的动力学行为.结果表明:该体系的聚合行为具有典型的“活性”特征.“,”Polyacrylonitrile(PAN)with high conversion(95%)and high molecular weight(Mn,GPC/2.5=8.6×104g· mol -1,Mw/Mn=1.24)was synthesized by visible light induced atom transfer rad-ical polymerization, using α-bromophenylacetate as initiator.PAN-b-PBA block copolymer was ob-tained by the polymerization of macroinitiator PAN-Br with butyl acrylate,using Ir(ppy)3as catalyst. The structure were confirmed by 1H NMR and GPC.The dynamic behavior of Ir(ppy)3was investiga-ted.The result showed that the polymerization exihibited classic“living”characteristic.
