预备役部队实行以四年为一周期的训练(即在四年内把所有连队按建制轮训一遍,然后再组织更高层次的训练),虽有一定的优越性,但也有很多弊病。一是训练间隔时间较长,不利于连队军事素质的巩固。二是建制连队的整体储存期短,与四年为一周期的训练期不相适应。三是基干民兵训练与预备役部队训练容易脱节。
The implementation of a four-year training program for reserve forces (that is, carrying out all-round training for all companies within a period of four years and then organizing higher-level training) has some drawbacks despite its superiority. First, the training interval is longer, not conducive to the consolidation of the military quality of the company. Second, the overall storage company built a short period, and four-year period of training does not meet the training period. Third, the training of backbone militia and reserve army detachment is easy to disregard.
