本文通过分析总结同位素、遥感、计算机等“三大支柱技术”和系统论、信息论、控制论等“三论”思想在我国水文地质勘察领域的渗透、实践与应用,认为在今后一段时期,我国水文地质勘察技术的发展应在继承和发展传统技术的基础上,重视监测、预测与控制技术相结合,勘探、开采与回灌技术相结合,开源、保护与治理技术相结合。文章的最后提出了促进这些发展的三点对策建议。
Through analyzing and summarizing the “three pillars” such as isotopes, remote sensing and computer and the theory of “three theories” such as system theory, information theory and cybernetics, this paper analyzes the infiltration, practice and application of the three theories in our country’s hydrogeological investigation, The development of hydrogeological survey technology should be based on the inheritance and development of traditional technologies, attach great importance to the combination of monitoring, prediction and control technologies, and combine the exploration, exploitation and recharge technologies with the combination of open source, protection and governance technologies. The article concludes with three suggestions to promote these developments.
