为形成汽车众多电控单元的数字化控制网络,研制CAN(控制器局域网)总线系统.采用SAE J1939通信协议,有针对性地设计了CAN总线通信系统,用于具有ABS(制动防抱死系统)、AT(自动变速器)、EMS(电控悬架)、EPS(电动助力转向系统)4个电控单元的车辆底盘;并使用CANoe软件数字模拟了总线的运行状况;使用PIC18F458微处理器完成CAN总线接口电路设计,对数字模拟的虚拟总线进行了硬件实现,并装车实测.试验结果表明,该系统工作稳定,抗干扰能力强,能满足实时通信及综合控制的要求.
In order to form a digital control network of many electronic control units of a car, a CAN (Controller Area Network) bus system is developed. The SAE J1939 communication protocol is used to specifically design a CAN bus communication system for an ABS ), AT (automatic transmission), EMS (electronically controlled suspension), EPS (electric power steering) four electronic control unit chassis; and use CANoe software to simulate the bus digital operating conditions; using the PIC18F458 microprocessor CAN bus interface circuit design, the virtual bus of digital simulation has been realized by hardware and loaded on the truck.The experimental results show that the system is stable and has strong anti-interference ability and can meet the requirements of real-time communication and integrated control.
