分析了影响注脂机系统工作误差的主要因素,分析了该机大汽缸动特性对系统性能的影响和改进措施。实验表明,经改进后整机精度得到提高。

The main factors that affect the working error of the grease dispenser system are analyzed. The influence of the dynamic characteristics of the large cylinder on the system performance and the improvement measures are analyzed. Experiments show that the accuracy of the whole machine has been improved.
