According to the “China Science News” December 31, 2013 news reports, lung cancer is the world’s No. 1 cancer, divided into non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and small cell lung cancer (SCLC). NSCLC accounts for about 80.0% ~ 85.0% of the total number of lung cancer. The patients have a higher rate of recurrence and metastasis after early surgery, are not sensitive to radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the advanced stage, and have high mortality rate. Clinicians need more effective methods to support the diagnosis and treatment of NSCLC. With the deepening of molecular biology research, in the past 10 years, the international medical community made a number of significant advances in key molecular and cellular mechanisms of the occurrence, maintenance and progression of NSCLC. It has found that anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK ), Epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and K-ras
