介绍采用华中Ⅰ型国产数控系统研制的 Ｙ Ｋ５６１２ 型扇形齿轮数控插齿机和 Ｙ Ｋ Ｓ５１２０ 型盘齿轮数控插齿机（ 带自动上下料机构和工件自动识别装置） 。其中 Ｙ Ｋ５６１２ 型扇形齿轮插齿机成功地解决了其它制齿设备所不能稳定、可靠地加工变速比齿轮（ 非圆齿轮） 以及变中心距非圆齿轮的加工难题。
Introduced by Huazhong Ⅰ domestic CNC system developed by Y K5612 - gear CNC gear shaper YK S5120 - type gear and gear CNC gear shaper (with automatic loading and unloading agencies and automatic workpiece identification device). One Y K5612-type gear-tooth gear shaper successfully solved the other teething equipment can not be stable and reliable processing variable speed gear (non-circular gear) and the center of the non-circular gear from the processing problems.
