各地结核防治所以诊治肺结核为主,肺外结核一般由综合性医院诊治。近年来由于结核病化疗进展,使人们对坚持全程系统化疗原则有了新的认识,但在一些非结核专业医务人员中尚未引起重视。我们常遇到一些在综合性医院诊治的肺外结核,由于抗结核药组合不合理或用药不规律、不系统而遭致失败。鉴于上述情况我所于1985年4月增设了以诊治呼吸系疾病及肺外结核为主的综合门诊,主动承担了肺外结核如结核性腹膜炎,盆腔结核及肠、泌尿生殖系、皮肤以及喉结核等的治疗(其中部分病例检查与确诊尚有赖于综合医院协助),从而保证了这些肺外结核病人在结核专业医生指导下完成全程合理化疗。两年来我们共治疗各类肺外结核100余例,效果很好,同时也解决了不少其他呼吸系常见病诊治问题,如肺结核已稳定
Tuberculosis prevention and treatment around so diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis, pulmonary tuberculosis generally by a general hospital diagnosis and treatment. In recent years, advances in chemotherapy for tuberculosis have led people to have a new understanding of the principle of full-course systemic chemotherapy. However, some non-tuberculosis medical professionals have not drawn much attention. We often encounter some cases of extra-pulmonary tuberculosis that are diagnosed and treated in general hospitals and have failed because of an unreasonable combination of anti-tuberculosis drugs or an irregular medication. In view of the above, I set up a comprehensive out-patient clinic mainly for the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory diseases and extra-pulmonary tuberculosis in April 1985 and took the initiative to undertake extra-pulmonary tuberculosis such as tuberculous peritonitis, pelvic tuberculosis and intestinal, genitourinary, skin and throat Tuberculosis and other treatment (in which some cases are still diagnosed and diagnosed with the help of general hospitals), thus ensuring that these TB patients under the guidance of tuberculosis professionals to complete the full rational chemotherapy. In the past two years, we have treated more than 100 cases of various types of extra-pulmonary tuberculosis and achieved good results. At the same time, we have also solved many other common respiratory diseases such as the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis
