我们采用负压密封,解决了齿轮油泵轴颈漏油问题。方法是分别在油泵的侧板和泵体上钻A、B和C、D孔(图1),使轴端部空腔和轴颈密封室与油泵的吸油腔相通,并在轴颈密封室内安装一个J形的橡胶圈(图2),以保证油泵在运转和停泵时的密封。此时,泵内负压足可以使顺着轴颈泄漏至密封室的油以及齿轮轴端部空腔的油分别由A、B和C、D孔流回吸油腔,油就不可能往外泄漏。停泵时,则借助于橡胶圈的弹力和贮油箱的油压,使胶圈紧箍在轴颈上,达到密封不漏的作用。经改进后的密封,因负压和胶圈安装方向的关系,运转时相对减轻了胶圈对轴的箍紧力,也减少了胶圈对轴的磨损,从而延长了胶圈的使用寿命,
