以啤酒酵母 ( Saccharomyces cereveseae)为材料 ,用 He-Ne激光进行照射 ,发现随着照射时间的延长 ,致死率和突变率均明显增加 ,同时在选择培养基上筛选出多种氨基酸突变型。
Saccharomyces cereveseae was irradiated with He-Ne laser and the lethality and mutation rate were significantly increased with the prolongation of irradiation time. At the same time, a variety of amino acid mutants were screened on the selection medium.
