目的:观察步长肝康宁治疗脂肪肝的临床疗效.方法:选取2015年1月至12月在我院接受治疗的60例肝胆湿热、脾虚湿困型脂肪肝患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例.对照组接受东宝肝泰3片tid治疗,治疗组接受口服步长肝康宁口服液20ml bid治疗,在治疗6周后分别统计两组患者的临床症状以及肝脏影像学变化.结果:治疗组的总有效率为90.0％,显著高于对照组的46.7％(P＜0.05);治疗组的肝脏影像学症状逐步减轻,脂肪肝消除率达到39.8％,显著优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:采用步长肝康宁口服液可以有效治疗脂肪肝.“,”Objective:Exploring the clinical efficacy of Buchang Gankangning Oral Liquid on treating fatty liver.Methods:From January 2015 to December in our hospital treated 60 cases of liver and gallbladder damp-heat,spleen deficiency and dampness retention type of fatty liver patients in this study were randomly divided into controlled group and treatment group,30 cases in each.The controlled group received Dongbao Gantai Pills,3 pills a time,3times a day,the treatment group received oral Buchang Gankangning Oral Liquid,20ml a time,2 times a day,after 6 weeks of treatment,respectively counted clinical symptoms and liver imaging changes between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 90.0％ in the treatment group was significantly higher than the controlled group which was 46.7％ (P ＜ 0.05);Liver symptomatic imaging changes of the treatment group gradually reduced,eliminated fatty liver rate was 39.8％,significantly due to the controlled group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Buchang Gankangning Oral Liquid can effectively treat fatty liver.
