人才是建设经济文化强省的基石,人事考试是评价和选拔人才、促进优秀人才脱颖而出的重要手段,是深化干部人事制度改革的一面旗帜。今年是我省人事考试事业开展二十周年,二十年来,我省各级人社部门坚持围绕中心,服务大局,深化“安全考试、公平考试、科学考试”理念,不断提高服务能力、服务水平,拓展考试领域,创新考试方法,严肃考风考纪,强化考试监督,为人才评价和选拔提供了公开、公平、公正的竞争舞台。
Talent is the cornerstone of building an economically and culturally strong province. Personnel examination is an important means of evaluating and selecting qualified personnel to promote outstanding talent, and is a banner for deepening the reform of the cadre personnel system. This year marks the twentieth anniversary of the personnel examination in our province. Over the past two decades, the departments of human resources and social administration at all levels in our province have adhered to the concept of “safety examination, fair examination, and scientific examination” to continuously improve their service capabilities by focusing on the center and serving the overall interests, Service level, to expand the field of examination, innovative examination methods, a serious test of discipline, strengthen examination supervision, talent evaluation and selection provided an open, fair and just stage of competition.
