化疗伍用扶正抑癌方治疗中晚期肝癌33例

目的探讨中药扶正抑癌方对中晚期肝癌化疗后减毒增效的临床疗效。方法对66例患者随机分为两组,治疗组33例与对照组33例,均采用基本相同的化疗方案。治疗组在化疗前2d加用扶正抑癌方口服,10d为1个疗程,服药后症候无特殊变化,可连续服用。化疗2周期后评定疗效。结果两组近期疗效比较CR+PR率分别为51.52%、24.24%;不良反应比较恶心、呕吐发生率分别为75.76%、93.9%,便秘发生率分别为30.3%、54.5%,白细胞下降、红细胞下降发生率分别为18.18%、42.42%和3.03%、21.21%,出血发生率分别为3.03%、21.2%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);KPS评分变化比较KPS评分好转和好转稳定率分别为48.5%、27.3%和93.9%、75.7%(P<0.05)。结论扶正抑癌方对中晚期肝癌通过增强机体抗病能力和抗癌抑癌而有抑制肿瘤生长的作用,同时可减轻消化道不良反应,减轻或防止骨髓抑制,改善症状,提高了生活质量,有效地控制了病情的发展。 Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of Fuzheng Suppressant Decoction for reducing toxicity and increasing efficiency after chemotherapy for advanced liver cancer. Conclusions Fuzheng Tiaozhu Decoction can inhibit the growth of the tumor in the advanced and advanced stage liver cancer through enhancing the disease resistance and anti-cancer and anti-cancer.
