研究了不同聚合物在滑石表面上的吸附及其对滑石的抑制作用。所研究的两种聚合物为淀粉基多糖和合成聚丙烯酰胺,它们具有不同的分子量和官能团。测定了聚合物在滑石表面上的吸附等温线、电声电泳Zeta电位、接触角、吸附层厚度和经聚合物处理后的滑石表面的亲水性。经聚合物处理后的滑石浮选结果表明,聚合物官能团对其抑制性质有影响。讨论了滑石浮选回收率与聚合物吸附层厚度和接触角之间的三维曲线关系,结果表明,可以根据吸附层的性质而不需进行浮选试验就可预测聚合物抑制剂的效果。这个方法在筛选大量可能的抑制剂时可能是有用的。
The adsorption of different polymers on talc surface and its inhibition on talc were studied. The two polymers studied are starch-based polysaccharides and synthetic polyacrylamides, which have different molecular weights and functional groups. The adsorption isotherms of polymer on the surface of talc, the Zeta potential of electroacoustic electrophoresis, the contact angle, the thickness of the adsorption layer and the hydrophilicity of the talc surface after polymer treatment were measured. The results of the talc flotation after polymer treatment show that the functional groups of the polymers have an impact on their inhibitory properties. The relationship between the recovery rate of talc flotation and the thickness and contact angle of the polymer adsorption layer was discussed. The results show that the effect of the polymer inhibitor can be predicted without flotation according to the nature of the adsorption layer. This method may be useful in screening a large number of possible inhibitors.
