建筑工程屋面的渗漏问题常常是困扰房屋维修部门的难题之一,也是影响工程质量和房屋部门安全生产的重要隐患,同时造成能源的极大浪费和经济损失,影响人民的安全和健康,而造成屋面渗漏的主要原因是建筑防水卷材产品质量不达标。本文结合近五年监督抽查整体质量状况,分析了新疆建筑防水卷材整体质量存在问题的原因。研究发现,新疆地区建筑防水卷材产品的整体质量不是十分理想,建议相关部门加大新疆地区建筑防水卷材产品的监管力度及安全风险监测,加强国家标准宣贯推行及实施的监督检查,使建筑防水卷材的安全风险降到最低。
Leakage of the roof of a building project is often one of the problems that plague the house maintenance department.
