用氧化物一步合成法制备了 PZT粉末 ,X射线衍射测试结果显示 ,它是 Zr/Ti为 5 2∶ 48的纯四方钙钛矿型结晶相 ,并用 SEM观察了 PZT粉末的形貌 ;用热分析仪测试了 PVDF的固化温度 ;在自制模具上采用模压 /烧结工艺获得了六种含 PZT不同体积含量的 PZT/PVDF复合材料 ;对其介电性和压电性的测试表明 ,随着 PZT体积含量的增加 ,电性能参数呈非线性增大 ,当 PZT的体积份数超过 70 %时 ,介电常数ε和压电常数 d33 值迅速增加 ,PZT体积份数达到 90 %时 ,其电性能参数与纯 PZT值接近 ,但此时复合材料的脆性较大 ,已没有实用价值。
PZT powder was prepared by oxide one-step synthesis. The results of X-ray diffraction showed that it was a pure tetragonal perovskite crystal phase with Zr / Ti ratio of 5: 2: 48. The morphology of PZT powder was observed by SEM. Six kinds of PZT / PVDF composites with different volume contents of PZT were obtained by molding / sintering process on homemade molds. The dielectric and piezoelectric properties of PZT / PVDF composites were tested by PZT When the volume fraction of PZT is more than 70%, the dielectric constant ε and piezoelectric constant d33 rapidly increase. When the volume fraction of PZT reaches 90%, the electrical properties Parameters and pure PZT value close, but this time the brittleness of the larger composite, has no practical value.
