目的:探讨微波热凝结合中药三芨散外敷治疗眼睑颜面部浅表肿瘤的临床应用。方法:对59例眼睑颜面部浅表肿瘤患者随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组用微波热凝切割结合创面外敷中药三芨散治疗;对照组用传统手术治疗。结果:肿块切割脱落100%研究组切割后肿块直接脱落或2～7天以内脱落,创面很少出血,无1例感染,创面均一期愈合,3年内无转移或复发。与对照组相比手术时间明显缩短,操作简便,痛苦小,费用低,降低了恶性肿瘤的复发或转移率,不影响美观。结论:微波热凝结合中药三芨散外敷治疗眼睑颜面部浅表肿瘤,对控制恶性肿瘤的复发转移有帮助,对美容无影响。
Objective: To investigate the clinical application of microwave thermocoagulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine Sanjie Powder in the treatment of superficial tumors of the face and face of the eyelid. Methods: Fifty-nine patients with epicondylar surface superficial tumors were randomly divided into the study group and the control group. The study group was treated with microwave thermocoagulation combined with the wounds of traditional Chinese medicine Sanchi powder. The control group was treated with conventional surgery. Results: The lumps were removed 100% after the resection. The lumps of the study group fell off directly or disappeared within 2 to 7 days. The wounds seldom bleed and no infection was found. All the wounds healed in one time and no metastasis or recurrence within 3 years. Compared with the control group, the operation time was significantly shortened, easy to operate, less painful, low cost, reducing the recurrence or metastasis of malignant tumors, does not affect the appearance. Conclusion: Microwave thermocoagulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine Sanpi San external application in the treatment of superficial epigastric surface tumors of the eyelid is helpful in controlling the recurrence and metastasis of malignant tumors and has no effect on the beauty.
