[目的]研究菠萝优良品种的耐寒性。[方法]研究了低温胁迫条件下,10个菠萝品种幼苗膜透性和丙二醛(MDA)、叶绿素含量的变化。[结果]MD-2、台农16号的耐寒性较强,巴厘、巴厘突变体、台农6号、台农13号、台农17号、台农19号耐寒性中等,无刺卡因、珍珠的耐寒性较弱。[结论]电解质渗漏率、MDA的含量可以作为菠萝耐寒性的鉴定指标。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the cold tolerance of excellent pineapple varieties. [Method] The changes of membrane permeability, malondialdehyde (MDA) and chlorophyll content in 10 pineapple cultivars under low temperature stress were studied. [Result] The results showed that cold tolerance of MD-2 and Tainong 16 were stronger than that of the other two cultivars. Bali, Bali mutants, moderately cold-tolerant in Taiwan’s No.6, Tai-Nong13, Tai-Nong17 and Tai-Nong19, , Pearl cold hardiness. [Conclusion] The electrolyte leakage rate and the content of MDA could be used as the identification index of cold hardiness of pineapple.
