“我的教学观经历了从‘教师本位’到‘学生主体’的变化,我意识到教师的角色日趋多元:课程开发者、引导者、教练员、乃至观察者、管理者等等。多元的教师角色背后隐含的恰恰是对于教育本质的探寻。正如康德所说,教育是由个体自我设计、自我选择、自我构建、自我评价的过程,是自我能力的发展,它体现着社会意志和教育者与受教育者平等自由地、审慎严肃地共同探究的机理,不是‘指令’,不是‘替代’,更不是让茧中的幼蝶曲意迎合或违心屈从。”
