对多瑙河的主要支流之一蒂萨河流域作了简要介绍。该流域洪灾严重,洪水暴发时,常造成大片土地被淹,堤坝决口,给工、农业生产以及居民生活等造成严重损失。经过科技人员的大量试验、分析和研究,制定出了一系列的防洪措施,比如对河床实施截弯取直、砌筑围堤,修建水库和防洪渠等,使该流域的状况得到了极大改善。事实证明,这些措施是行之有效的。
One of the main tributaries of the Danube is the Tisza Basin. The floods are serious in the basin. When floods occur, they often result in flooding of large tracts of land, dyke breakouts, heavy losses to workers, agricultural production and residents’ lives. After a large number of experiments, analysis and research conducted by scientific and technical personnel, a series of flood control measures have been worked out, such as straightening the riverbed, building dike, building reservoirs and flood control drains, etc., so that the watershed status is greatly enhanced improve. Facts have proved that these measures are effective.
