以丙酮、甲醛溶液、二乙胺、烷基溴为主要原料,通过曼尼希反应和季铵化反应,合成了双子表面活性剂N1,N1,N5,N5-四乙基-N1,N5-二烷基-3-氧代戊烷-1,5-二溴化铵;用红外光谱对目标物结构作了初步表征。测定了其水溶液的表面活性和临界胶束浓度,结果表明,其临界胶束浓度比普通季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂的低2个数量级左右,且在临界胶束浓度下的表面张力低至28·93mN/m。
The gemini surfactant (N1, N1, N5, N5-tetraethyl-N1, N5-N5) was synthesized by using Mannich reaction and quaternization reaction with acetone, formaldehyde solution, diethylamine and alkyl bromide as main raw materials. Dialkyl-3-oxopentane-1,5-diammonium bromide. The structure of the target was characterized by FTIR. The surface activity and the critical micelle concentration of the aqueous solution were measured. The results showed that the critical micelle concentration is about two orders of magnitude lower than the average quaternary ammonium cationic surfactant and the surface tension is as low as 28 at the critical micelle concentration · 93mN / m.
