放射免疫分析系超微量试验,一般分析量在毫微克(ng)或微微克(pg)的水平。操作比较精细,实验流程也比较长,因此实验中不可避免会出现偶然误差,现将本室总T_3和总T_4测定中的偶然误差做一分析,以便能进一步改进和提高实验准确性。 材料和方法 1993年9月14日~1996年12月14日连续167批实验,共19746人的门诊及病房患者血清做为分析样品,总T_3和总T_4分别由两位同志操作,使用北京生化免疫制剂中心生产的试剂盒,按说明书操作,单管试验,结果判断以反T_3、总T_3及总T_4结果平行的为合格,不平行的重复测定,总T_3及总T_4如与前次结果一致为合格,不一致的判为误差。
