现在我国很多地区的高中生志愿者在进行活动的时候往往会存在很多问题,最为重要的便是相应的制度不够健全。崀山地区的高中生也是如此,为了更好地让高中生志愿者参与到服务活动中去,除了需要做好高中生志愿者的培训,提高其技能,并进行高中生志愿服务中心建立之外,还必须进行制度化建立,保证志愿活动能够真正有效持续地开展下去。
