“拳要打,字要写”;“眼过千遍,不如手过千遍”;“读书破万卷,下笔如有神”,这些自古相传的谚语给了南昌县渡头小学龚六顺老师极大的启发。在教学实践中,龚老师注意了正确处理语文教学中的讲练关系,加强基本训练。讲和练是统一的,但又有一定的矛盾。龚老师认为矛盾表现在两方面:一是时间。每节课堂教学时间是四十五分钟,不讲固然不行,如果讲得多了就没有练的时间.二是因果。讲得不透彻,练就(?)有基础;
