According to the results of the talent survey in China last year, 32.36% of the respondents changed jobs and 43.09% said that the current economic situation has increased their intention to change jobs. In today's workplace, “job-hopping ” seems to have become a trend. However, not all job-hopping can help the workplace to keep on going higher. There are also many people jumping lower and lower, short-term impulse blocking career development. In particular, it is necessary to start a new industry without doubt. Previous accumulation will be greatly reduced.
