以柑为试材,研究授粉处理对子房(幼果)内源IAA、ABA和玉米素(ZT)水平的影响及其与子房(幼果)早期发育的关系。授粉处理可促进内源IAA、ABA和ZT的合成增加,并刺激子房(幼果)的早期生长和有利于着果。处理后的3天内,IAA、ABA和ZT含量均呈上升趋势,授粉处理的明显高于未授粉对照;处理后第3天,授粉处理和未授粉对照的着果率分别为98.03%和56.14%;内源IAA、ABA和ZT水平的增加与子房(幼果)的早期发育相关密切。ZT含量的增加可能是刺激子房(幼果)早期生长的关键
The effects of pollination on endogenous IAA, ABA and ZT levels in ovary (young fruit) and their relationship with early development of ovary (young fruit) were studied with orange as test material. Pollination increased the synthesis of endogenous IAA, ABA and ZT and stimulated the early growth of the ovary (young fruit) and favored the fruit. The content of IAA, ABA and ZT in the three days after treatment increased, and the pollination treatment was significantly higher than the non-pollination control; on the third day after treatment, the fruit yield of pollination and non-pollination control were 98.03% and 56.14%. The increase of endogenous IAA, ABA and ZT levels was closely related to the early development of ovary (young fruit). The increase of ZT content may be the key to stimulating the early growth of ovary (young fruit)
