测定了覆膜种砂在激热条件下的膨胀值，并与相同条件下普通覆膜硅砂的膨胀值进行了对比。测试结果表明：两种覆膜砂的激热膨胀值差异较大。理论分析说明，覆膜砂的激热膨胀不仅受原砂种类的影响，而且还受粘结剂及其它附加物的影响。
The swelling value of coated sand under hot condition was measured and compared with that of ordinary coated silica sand under the same conditions. The test results show that the thermal expansion values of the two kinds of coated sand are quite different. Theoretical analysis shows that the thermal expansion of coated sand is not only affected by the type of raw sand but also influenced by binders and other additives.
