对民国教育体制研究,不仅具有弄清一个时期教育体制的意义,而且关系的是对整个中国教育制度变迁考察和认识的问题,这在教育史研究中所具的地位和重要性是不言而喻的。我们处在改革开放,走向世界的新时代,如何在当前教育的基础上发展具有中国特色的现代教育体制,正是一个亟待研究解决的问题,本文从民初中央、省、县三级教育行政制度的演变进行了探讨,这将对现代教育体制的建立产生积极的影响。
