以195柴油机为动力的一吨翻斗车,已成为我国建筑行业量大面广的一种机械设备。根据我们的实践经验,现将其常见故障与排除方法介绍如下: 一、发动机起动困难或不能起动 1.在不减压的条件下摇转曲轴,若感到轻松则说明缸内压缩力不够,因而发动机起动困难,其产生原因和排除方法是; (1)气门间隙不对,应重新调整。 (2)气门弹簧折断,应予更换。 (3)气门漏气,应清除积炭,研磨气门。 (4)活塞环磨损严重或已折断,应予更换。 (5)活塞环开口在同一直线上,应予重装。
A one-ton dump truck powered by a 195 diesel engine has become a large-scale mechanical equipment in China’s construction industry. According to our practical experience, we now introduce its common faults and troubleshooting methods as follows: 1. The engine is difficult to start or cannot be started. 1. The crankshaft is cranked without decompression. If it feels easy, it means that the compression force in the cylinder is not enough. It is difficult to start the engine. Its causes and remedies are: (1) The valve clearance is incorrect and should be readjusted. (2) The valve spring is broken and should be replaced. (3) Valve leakage, carbon deposition should be removed, grinding valve. (4) Piston ring wear is severe or has been broken, should be replaced. (5) Piston ring openings are on the same line and should be reinstalled.
