2014年全国邮政网络运营工作会议,提出了“深化网运改革,加速资源共享,追求卓越运营,提升服务品质,全力支撑寄递类业务的转型发展”的工作要求。通过此次工作会议的讨论,与会者形成了以下五点共识:在下一步的业务转型中,寄递类业务是核心;邮政业务转型,网络必须先行;在邮务类业务转型过程中,网运部门责任重大;电商市场竞争激烈,网运转型时间紧迫;虽然改革任务重、时间紧,但对网运的未来发展充满信心。为进一步倡导支持寄递类业务转型发展的理念,本刊在此介绍三家网运单位的成功经验,供兄弟单位学习和借鉴。
In 2014, the National Postal Network Operation Conference put forward the work requirements of “deepening the reform of network transportation, accelerating the sharing of resources, pursuing operational excellence, improving service quality and fully supporting the transformation and development of postal services.” Through the discussion of the working conference, participants formed the following five-point consensus: In the next business transformation, sending business is the core of the postal business transformation, the network must be the first; in the postal business transformation process, the network transportation sector Heavy responsibility; intense competition in the electricity supplier market, network operation tight time; although the task of reform, time tight, but the future development of network operators full of confidence. In order to further advocate the concept of supporting the development of business transformation in the delivery category, this magazine introduces the successful experience of the three network transportation units for learning and reference by brothers units.
