1病例报告例1,患者,男,65岁,因“左侧鼻阻塞感8个月”入院。主要症状为左侧鼻塞,伴有少量鼻涕,无鼻出血及面部麻木感。鼻窦CT示左侧上颌窦占位(图1)。入院体检:鼻外形正常,双侧鼻窦压痛(-),左侧面部无隆起,鼻中隔稍左侧偏曲,左侧鼻腔黏膜充血,鼻腔可见少量黏性分泌物,左侧中鼻道可见灰白新生物,表面光滑;鼻窦内镜下新生物大小不清,鼻咽部未见新生物。患者入院后术前鼻腔活检提示炎症改变,完善相关术前准备后行全身
Case report 1 patients, male, 65 years old, due to “left nasal obstruction a sense of 8 months ” admission.
