为近距离观察并学习意大利达米拉诺教练员在竞走能力和技术训练上的独到之处,促进训练观念的转变,经国家体育总局批准,国家竞走队一行5人于2009年3月10日～4月1日前往意大利,跟随达米拉诺教练员进行了为期3周的训练。训练结束后,竞走小组又前往葡萄牙里约·梅尔参加了4月4日举行的国际田联竞走挑战赛。在意大利训练期间,我国教练员和运动员与意大利运动员同吃、同住、同训练,对达米拉诺教练员的执教理念和方式有了更清晰的认识,取得了较好的效果。
For the close observation and learning of Italy Damiano coach trainer skills and technical training on the unique features and promote the transformation of training concept, approved by the State Sports General Administration, the national walking team of 5 people in March 10, 2009 ~ April 1 to Italy, followed by Damiano coach for a period of 3 weeks of training. After the training, the walking team also went to Portugal, Rio Meir participated in the April 4 IAAF Walk Race Challenge. During the training period in Italy, Chinese coaches and athletes had the same idea of eating and living with the Italian athletes. They also had a clearer understanding of the teaching ideas and methods of Damiano Coach and achieved good results.
