今年以来,《中国新闻周刊》、《财经文摘》、新浪网和人民网等媒体陆续对“苏州模式”做了专题报道,在网络上引起了热烈的讨论。黄奇帆、赵晓、焦兴旺等人对苏州经济发展的评价也引起了当地政府的高度关注。所谓“苏州模式”是指以强势政府为基础的引进发展型经济模式,而与此相对应的是内发型的温州模式。用《中国新闻周刊》“苏温之争”策划人语来说就是:一个输出官员,一个输出资本;一个富官,一个富民。继2000年经济界关于“苏南模式”和“温州模式”的大讨论之后,对所谓的“苏州模式”的评价和争论再次成为人们关注的热点。
