我国经济法起步较晚,其发展不可避免地受到传统部门法的巨大阻碍和排拒。这样使得经济法责任是否独立存在在经济法学界备受争议。本文试从经济法责任的概念、特征、内容、构成要件和归责原则等方面来探讨经济法责任。
Since the start of the economic law of our country, the development of it has inevitably been hindered and rejected by the traditional departmental law. This makes the economic law responsibility to exist independently in the economic law circles controversial. This article tries to explore the responsibility of economic law from the aspects of concept, characteristic, content, constitutional elements and principle of liability of economic law.
