目的探讨声辐射脉冲弹性成像技术在评价睾丸精原细胞瘤特性中的价值。方法利用声辐射脉冲组织成像技术(VTI)和声辐射脉冲组织定量技术(VTQ)检查经临床病理证实的睾丸肿瘤患者12例(精原细胞瘤组),分析其特征,并与急性睾丸炎患者36例(急性睾丸炎组)以及健康志愿者30例(健康对照组)对比分析。结果 VTI图像12例睾丸精原细胞瘤均显示瘤体边界清晰,瘤体硬度等级11例4级,1例3级。VTQ测量剪切波速度值健康对照组(0.75±0.09)m/s,精原细胞瘤组(3.18±0.48)m/s,急性睾丸炎组(1.35±0.12)m/s。精原细胞瘤瘤体、急性睾丸炎睾丸实质、正常睾丸剪切波速度相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论睾丸精原细胞瘤的VTI图像较特异,VTQ值在睾丸精原细胞瘤的诊断中具有一定的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the value of acoustic emission pulse elastography in evaluating the characteristics of testicular seminoma. Methods Twelve cases (seminoma) of the testicular tumor proved clinically and pathologically were examined by acoustic emission pulse tissue imaging (VTI) and acoustic pulse pulsed tissue quantification (VTQ). Their characteristics were analyzed and compared with patients with acute orchitis 36 cases (acute orchitis group) and 30 healthy volunteers (healthy control group) comparative analysis. Results VTI images of 12 cases of testicular seminoma showed a clear boundary of the tumor, the tumor hardness grade 11 cases of grade 4, 1 case of grade 3. The shear wave velocities measured by VTQ were (0.75 ± 0.09) m / s in healthy controls, 3.18 ± 0.48 m / s in seminoma, and 1.35 ± 0.12 m / s in acute orchitis group. Seminoma tumor, testicular essence of acute orchitis, normal testicular shear wave velocity compared with the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The VTI images of testicular seminoma are more specific, and the value of VTQ has some clinical value in the diagnosis of testicular seminoma.
