为了研究Kupffer细胞的抗肿瘤作用,通过~(51)Cr—游离实验、~3H—胸腺嘧啶核苷摄取抑制实验和大鼠肝转移癌模型等方法测定了KC的抗肿瘤活性以及在激活和抑制状态下的变化与肝肿瘤增殖的关系。结果表明KC有抗肿瘤活性,激活KC能显著抑制肝肿瘤增殖,抑制KC则促进肝肿瘤的发生。因此,得出结论,KC具有抗肿瘤活性,增强这种活性有助于防止血行性肝转移癌的发生。
In order to study the anti-tumor effect of Kupffer cells, anti-tumor activity and activation and inhibition of KC were determined by ~(51)Cr-free test, ~3H-thymidine uptake inhibition test, and rat liver metastasis cancer model.
