有机磷农药中毒至今仍为农村夏季常见疾病之一。以解磷定、氯磷定为代表的肟类复能剂在我国生产与使用虽已近20年,但文献报告尚少,例数也不多;目前广大农村医疗单位对有机磷农药中毒大多仍沿用阿托品疗法。为此,我们于1980年夏季在某地农村,按统一没计用氯磷定治疗生产性有机磷农药中毒病例,观察结果总结如下。
