我院自1973年10月至1987年10月确诊慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎(下称溃结)88例,经纤维结肠镜(下称纤结镜)及病理活组织检查,其中误诊41例,因腹痛、腹泻粘液血便而误诊为慢性菌痢24例;因腹泻、血便、贫血、消瘦、下腹包块误诊为结肠癌11例;因腹泻粘液血便误诊为阿米巴痢疾2例;因反复发烧、腹痛、腹泻、右下腹索条状包块误
